Keli Kolegraff, MD PhD, is seeing patients in Hastings at Central Nebraska Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

An Iowa native, Dr. Kolegraff attended Iowa Lakes Community College in Spirit Lake, Iowa, before receiving Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry and Spanish from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She received her MD and her PhD in Immunology and Molecular Pathogenesis from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She completed a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Residency at Johns Hopkins and a Microvascular & Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore.

Dr. Kolegraff worked in Pennsylvania and Maryland, before returning to work in Spirit Lake, Iowa, and Lincoln. She now lives in Lincoln, practicing in Lincoln, York and Hastings. In addition to seeing patients at Central Nebraska Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in Hastings, she also works at the Mary Lanning Healthcare Wound Center.

“I grew up in a rural setting and always have wanted to practice in a more rural and community setting,” Dr. Kolegraff said. “As a physician, it comes down to feeling like you are also a part of the community. I want my patients to know that they are genuinely cared for and valued.”

Dr. Kolegraff said her services include breast reduction, reconstruction after breast surgery, breast surgery revisions, removal of skin cancer and other issues, eyelid lifts to restore vision, body contouring, wound care, skin grafts and scar revisions. In York and Lincoln, Dr. Kolegraff also does facelifts, tummy tucks and more.

When she is not at work, Dr. Kolegraff said she enjoys Husker game days, trying new restaurants, music, shows, food, nature and gardening.
