Outpatient Physical Therapy
Our friendly and compassionate physical therapy staff takes pride in providing one-on-one patient care. We combine evidence-based practice with continuing education in current research to provide the latest in quality physical therapy. We work with patients to create individualized treatment programs to address impairments and to assist patients in creating personal goals. We treat a variety of impairments including decreasing pain, increasing strength, improving balance, returning to work or sport, and providing patient education.
Our Physical Therapists evaluate and interpret results to develop a comprehensive plan of care and to determine appropriate interventions for a variety of diagnoses including, but not limited to:
- Total joint replacements
- Neurological dysfunction due to stoke, brain injury, Parkinson's or a variety of other neurological disorders
- Vertigo
- Low back pain
- Neck pain
- Pain radiating down arms or legs
- Sports injuries
- Shoulder impingement
- Rotator cuff tear/repair
- Hip, knee, ankle, foot, and shoulder pain
