Nurse Residency Transition to Practice Program
Professional development is high priority at Mary Lanning. Newly graduated nurses are automatically enrolled upon hire into the Mary Lanning Nurse Residency Program. This 1 year program (on paid time) is designed to prepare you to succeed in a hospital environment. You will receive the education and support necessary to develop the judgement, skill, and knowledge needed to become the highest caliber nurse.

If selected for an interview, a time will be scheduled accordingly. Second interviews or job shadows may be required.
