Clinical Trials
Clinical trials are innovative, state-of-the-art research studies that test new medications and treatments for cancer and other diseases. All medications in the Morrison Cancer Center clinical trial programs are FDA-approved. Today’s current evidence-based cancer treatments were once clinical trials.
Enrolling in a clinical trial may be a treatment option for your type of cancer. Your medical oncology team will help you determine if participating in a clinical trial is right for you. MCC is associated with Nebraska Medicine’s Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center for the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Alliance clinical trials program. MCC also offers clinical trials sponsored by pharmaceutical companies.
