

Visiting Hours

All visitors/individuals entering the building will be screened at the North Entrance.
Visitors
- Electronic screening and visitor's stickers
- Visitors will use the electronic check-in upon entry to MLH and wear the provided sticker in a visible location.
- The visitor sticker will be worn by all non-employed individuals while in the building.
- Visitors will not be required to wear a mask with the following exceptions:
- They meet any of the defined three criteria.
- They are visiting a patient in isolation (Defined isolation precautions will be followed.).
- They chose to wear a mask (The mask an be a product of their choice.).
- Visitors will remain in patient rooms when in patient care areas.
- Visitors may use the Caring Kind Gift Shop, the MLH Cafeteria or the Garden View Grill.
- Visiting hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily
- Public access hours:
- Monday–Friday: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- No access after 7 p.m.
- Visitors under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Visitors with a patient-requested visitation exception will be allowed visitation on a case-by-case basis.
High community transmission levels:
- When COVID-19 community transmission levels are high, source control is recommended for everyone in a healthcare setting (when they are in areas of the healthcare facility where they could encounter patients or the public).
- The following practices will be in place:
- Signage will indicate a high level of transmission.
- Universal masking will be required.
- All staff will be required to wear a mask in direct patient care and public facing areas.
- Unvaccinated staff will be required to wear a mask at all times.
- Electronic screening and the visitor sticker process will be in place for visitors.
- Visitors will be required to wear a mask the entire time they are in the building.
