Designed for individuals living with diabetes and their family members, this program teaches diabetes control. It is sponsored by the Mary Lanning Healthcare Diabetes Program, and includes:
- Diabetes Health Fair
This community event highlights diabetes self-management skills focusing on fun, information and living healthy with diabetes. - Presentations throughout the community on diabetes management
Programs are available for churches, corporations, wellness centers and other community organizations addressing diabetes prevention and control.

Carbohydrate Counting Class
Learn to recognize high carbohydrate foods, choose appropriate portions, calculate carb intake using various resources and determine your carbohydrate needs.
