Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Mary Lanning Healthcare’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) takes a three-sided approach to critical care:
- Nursing Care - All ICU Registered Nurses are specially educated in providing Critical Care. This dedicated and compassionate team of professionals works with other disciplines to provide the best evidence-based patient care.
- Family-Focused Environment - The Intensive Care Unit at Mary Lanning Healthcare features 10, all-private rooms. Family involvement is encouraged, and each room is equipped to allow close family members to say in the room with their loved one. The ICU also includes a private family waiting room, which can be used for conferencing with physicians.
- Uncompromising Medical Care - Each ICU room is equipped with state-of-the-art monitoring and equipment, including hemodialysis. Physician specialists provide comprehensive care in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, neurology, and infectious disease.
Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Mary Lanning Healthcare’s Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides outstanding critical care through:
- Specially-Trained Nurses - All PCU Registered Nurses are specially educated in providing Critical Care. This dedicated and compassionate team of professionals works with other disciplines to provide the best evidence-based patient care.
- A Family-Focused Environment - Located on the 4th Floor, the Progressive Care Unit at Mary Lanning Healthcare features 17 private rooms with bathrooms. Family involvement is encouraged, and each room is equipped to allow close family members to stay in the room with their loved one. The PCU also includes one large waiting room, which can be used for conferencing with physicians.
- Uncompromising Medical Care - Each PCU room is equipped with state-of-the-art monitoring and equipment. Physician specialists provide comprehensive care in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, neurology, and infectious disease.
