Survivorship Program
Morrison Cancer Center’s Survivorship program strives to help you if you are feeling overwhelmed following your cancer treatment. The program seeks to answer questions and build personalized interventions based on individual side effects, concerns and preventative needs.
Survivorship program services include a thorough discussion regarding your treatment summary and developing your survivorship care plan may include following as needed:
- Screening for recurrence and new cancers
- Rehabilitation services
- Nutrition services
- Psychological support and psychiatric services
- Support groups and services
- Formalized referrals to experts in cardiology, pulmonary services, sexual dysfunction, fertility counseling
- Financial support services
- Physical activity programs
The program is available to oncology patients following treatment and is offered at both Morrison Cancer Center locations. MCC offers the survivorship program to you regardless of where you received oncology treatment.
