Scheduling and Admissions

When your physician orders a test at Mary Lanning Healthcare, his/her office contacts the Mary Lanning Central Scheduling Department to set up a time for testing. You may set up your own appointment if your physician has provided you with an order (i.e. outpatient service order form, prescription) for you to call at your convenience. Mary Lanning Healthcare requires an order for all tests/procedures.

To schedule your test/procedure, please call 402-460-5884 or toll free 866-460-5884 and follow the automated menu.

You are contacted by the Admission Services/Central Scheduling Department one or two days before your test/procedure to confirm your appointment and toexplain any preparations you need to follow for your upcoming test/procedure. At this time, please notify us of any special needs. Also, during this call a pre-registration is completed, which requires you to provide us with the following information: legal name, birthdate, social security number, physical and mailing addresses, marital status, occupation, primary and secondary emergency contacts and insurance information. Every effort is made to make the process as easy and pleasant as possible.

If you have questions regarding the time of your appointment, your preparation, or if you need to reschedule your appointment, please call 402-460-5884 or toll free 866-460-5884 and follow the automated menu.

The Mary Lanning Central Scheduling Department hours are 7:00am - 5:30pm (CST), Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. A voice mail system is provided if you call outside of office hours.
