Alzheimer’s and Dementia Caregiver Support Group

Details:
Our caregiver support groups, conducted by trained facilitators, are a safe place for caregivers, family and friends of persons with dementia to:
- Develop a support system
- Exchange practical information on caregiving challenges and possible solutions
- Talk through issues and ways of coping
- Share feelings, needs and concerns
- Learn about community resources

“Baby Weighs” Support Group
Details:
Need help with breastfeeding or simply want to weigh your baby? Attend one of our “Baby Weighs” breastfeeding support groups.
Baby Weighs is offered in two locations
HASTINGS:
The Home Away From Home – 736 N Kansas Ave, Hastings, NE
Every Tuesday from 9 a.m. to noon
Sign up online for a half hour session with a small group.
CENTRAL CITY:
Merrick County Foundation office in the Visitor's Center – 1532 17th Avenue, Central City, NE
The first and third Thursdays of the month from 9-11 a.m.
No sign up is necessary.
