Patient Services
For patients who need outpatient laboratory tests, Mary Lanning Healthcare provides a patient-friendly process and the environment to make the experience as efficient and comfortable as possible.
Patients are paired with a single Mary Lanning Healthcare Clinician for seamless service starting with admission through test completion. This helps reduce patient anxiety and allows us to provide excellent one-on-one service.
The entire process, from intake, administration and paperwork, through sample collection, is done in a single comfortable, private room. Our large, private rooms can accommodate family and caregivers who accompany patients.
Orders and results are transmitted electronically between providers and the laboratory, allowing for improved accuracy in diagnosis and expedited treatment.
