Hope and Healing Program
Cancer treatment can significantly impact physical appearance, leading to body image concerns. For many cancer patients, focusing on appearance and maintaining a positive self-image can help with self-esteem, reduce anxiety and enhance overall well-being.
The Morrison Cancer Center and the Grace Cancer Foundation began partnering in 2025 to provide several essential services to help patient cope with changes and boost their confidence. These services include:
- Skin care: Personalized guidance with premium products to restore, nourish and improve skin-related effects of treatment.
- Makeup: Professional guidance to address changes in skin texture to meet individual preferences.
- Hair and wigs: Licensed cosmetologists will help hair loss, new hair growth and styling, wigs, caps, scarves and other options.
- Cancer prostetics and lymphedema solutions: The program provides essential mastectomy prosthetics including camisoles, bras and breast forms, along with lymphedema compression garments.
