How do you apply for Medicaid?
- Visit iserve.nebraska.gov.
- Call the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) office in Lincoln at 855-632-7633.
- Visit the DHHS office in Hastings at 905 Theatre Drive, Suite 100 or call 402-462-1800 for a paper application.
