In alignment with the Million Hearts Campaign, the Nebraska Stroke Advisory Council has designed an ABCS Toolkit for patients and families, community members, health educators, and professionals on risk prevention for stroke: (Aspirin, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Smoking - ABCS).
