Jesse's Nomination Letter:
I nominate Jesse Sutton for the ROSE award for several reasons. He is very compassionate about his job. My 10 month old daughter, needed OT services for fine motor skills and crawling. I was a little weary at first to send her to therapy so young but ML therapy was so welcoming and encouraging. When working with my daughter, Jesse was so patient and kind to her. He knew exactly what needed to be done to make her meet her goals. He always discussed with me what was going on and what we needed to work on. He always encouraged my daughter and played with her to help her succeed. She really enjoyed his interaction. In two short months all her goals were met for OT. I don’t think she would be where she is at if it wasn’t for therapy. Jesse is an excellent pediatric OT and I would recommend him to anyone needing OT services! I have also seen him work with adults and he has the same compassion for them as he does children.
