Mary Lanning Healthcare recently was named one of the world’s top organizations in engaging its workforce. This is the 10th time MLH has won the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, formerly known as the Gallup Great Workplace Award.
The award recognized Mary Lanning Healthcare for its ability to create an engaged workplace culture. Only a few organizations in the world are invited to apply for this award each year.
Eric Barber, MLH President & CEO, said the award says a lot about the effort Mary Lanning employees have put into improving engagement at MLH, despite the challenges and trials of the past few years.
