

The Thrive Program
The Wellness Department also provides an individualized lifestyle management program call “Thrive.” This year-long program is designed to help those ready to make health and lifestyle changes but may be struggling with how. By joining Thrive, the goal is to make small changes that are easy to adopt. Over time, these healthy habits continue to be a benefit beyond involvement in the program.
Participation in Thrive includes:
- Initial evaluation of current health
- Three blood draws to monitor glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, thyroid and other lab values
- Personal Action Plan for achieving goals through healthy eating, weight management, regular exercise, stress management and smoking cessation. A nutrition plan is tailored by Mary Lanning Healthcare’s registered dietitian
- One-on-one coaching by qualified, experienced Mary Lanning Healthcare health professionals
- Easy-to-understand educational packets
- Self-management tools to monitor eating and exercise
- Ongoing support, motivation, re-evaluation and revision of the Personal Action Plan as goals are reached
