HASTINGS — Ten students graduated from the Mary Lanning Healthcare School of Radiologic Technology on July 14.
Graduation took place at Hastings College’s Fuhr Hall.
Five graduates were from the Mary Lanning Healthcare (MLH) clinical site; five were from the CHI Health Good Samaritan (CHI) clinical site in Kearney.
Graduates include Jacy Bretschneider (MLH); Daniel Chacon (CHI); Jayden Esch (CHI); Valeria Ochoa (MLH); Stephanie Osterhaus (MLH); Kaylee Penne (CHI); Melanie Ries (MLH); Haley Schmidt (MLH); Haley Schroeder (CHI) and Mardee Sierka (CHI).
The Bracco Diagnostics Award of Excellence, voted on only by faculty and clinical instructors, is based on the student’s behavior in the classroom, grades, quantity and quality of exams, patient care, how they work with others, performance under pressure, and ability to follow policies and procedures. The recipient was Kaylee Penne.
The Star Award was given to Stephanie Osterhaus and Jayden Esch.
