2024 Basic Life Support (BLS) Courses
Course Description
The American Heart Association's HeartCode BLS Course provides the foundation for saving lives from cardiac arrest. It teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both pre-hospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics.
A blended learning teaching method is used for the course. Students first learn the course content online by completing the online HeartCode BLS Course. After completing the HeartCode BLS course, students complete the skills testing with a voice-assisted manikin.
