In compliance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulation and Mary Lanning Healthcare policy, all positions require COVID-19 vaccinations along the list of other vaccinations already required for employment. Effective March 14, 2022, all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Exemptions are considered for applicable medical or religious reasons. A vaccination exemption request must be provided and approved.
