


Dr. Daniel Leonard sees patients at Central Nebraska Children & Adolescent Clinic in Hastings and at Mary Lanning Healthcare (MLH).
Dr. Leonard completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, MO, and his pediatric residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Following residency, he went on to obtain additional training in pediatric critical care medicine at Yale University, prior to joining the Children & Adolescent Clinic in 2011.
He is the Director of the Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Medical Director for Inpatient Pediatric Medicine at MLH. He is also a staff physician at Nebraska Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Leonard maintains academic appointments at University of Nebraska School of Medicine and Lincoln Memorial University School of Osteopathic Medicine as a professor of pediatric medicine.
Dr. Leonard likes to keep fit and active, as well as working with his herd of Hereford cattle. He and his husband have two daughters and are active community members.
