Thank you to our sponsors and participants of the 2nd annual Cancer Walk & Butterfly Release and raising $13,000! All proceeds from this event will go toward purchasing a new vein visualizer — a device that helps trained staff to access veins quickly — for the Morrison Cancer Center.
Other proceeds will go to the “From the Heart Fund” at MCC. “From the Heart” helps patients undergoing treatments who need assistance with necessities such as utilities, groceries and travel expenses. Keep a look out for updates for next year’s event.
