Tamra Phillips MSPT, DPT
Physical Therapist | Director of Rehabilitation ServicesTammy comes from a military background, spending much of her childhood overseas. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute with a PT Support Certificate in 1990 and worked as a PTA through her graduate studies. She graduated with a B.S. in Sports Administration in 1995 from Simpson College in Indianola, IA. She then attended the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, IA and received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree in 1997. While working, she finished her post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Des Moines University in 2005, and completed her Post Masters Certificate in Health Care Administration from Northcentral University in 2015. Tammy has been working in Physical Therapy since 1990, gaining clinical experience in outpatient services, inpatient care, home health, long term care, SNF, acute rehab, work conditioning, aquatics, and wound care as well as employee and community wellness. In her last position, she served as Director of Rehab and Wellness for 8 years in the Omaha area, and joined Mary Lanning HealthCare in March, 2014. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. She and her husband live on an acreage outside of Hastings; they have 5 grown children and 8 grandchildren.
Brenda Bivens PT, DPT
Physical TherapistBrenda Bivens grew up in Lawrence, NE. She attended Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina, KS where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2006. She then attended Wichita State University for post-graduate studies, earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009. Since graduating, Brenda has attended several continuing education courses focusing on vestibular rehab, sports rehab, and aquatic therapy. She is also currently working towards certification in dry needling. Brenda began working for Mary Lanning in 2015. She resides north of Juniata with her husband and three children.
Eric Davis PT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Inpatient Physical TherapyEric grew up in Wood River, NE. He graduated from Chadron State College in 2009 and went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2012. Eric started with Mary Lanning Healthcare in 2012. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, as well as the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. He is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor. Eric works primarily in acute care physical therapy.
Obadiah Johnson PT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation UnitObadiah grew up in Hastings, NE. He graduated from Hastings College in 2007 with his BA in Health Promotion Management. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University in 2010. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. Obadiah began employment with Mary Lanning Healthcare in 2015. He resides in Hastings with his wife and two children.
Rebecca Krumm MPT
Physical TherapistBecky Krumm is originally from the Hastings area. She graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She received her Master of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1994. She has worked in a variety of settings since graduation with her primary focus in the outpatient setting. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. She has been employed at Mary Lanning since 2014 and is currently working at the Mary Lanning Blue Hill Physical Therapy Clinic. She lives outside of Hastings with her husband and 2 children.
Morgan Lowry PTA
Physical Therapist AssistantMorgan grew up south of Juniata. She graduated from Adams central in 2011. She started at Central Community College to earn her general education. Morgan then went on to physical therapy school in Colby, Kansas at Colby Community College where she earned her associates of applied science degree in physical therapy. She started working for Mary Lanning in 2015 and currently resides in Hastings.
Alison Meyer PT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Outpatient Physical TherapyAlison Meyer grew up in Blue Hill, Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1999. She then attended Colby Community College earning her Associates of Applied Science degree in 2000. For the next 10 years she worked as a PTA before going back to school. She attended the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. Alison began her employment with Mary Lanning Healthcare in 2015. She resides south of Blue Hill with her husband and two children.
Cynthia J. Mlady PT, MSPT, DPT
Physical Therapist – Outpatient Physical TherapyOriginally from Kearney, Cindy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1999. She received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri and her Post-Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2007. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association including orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation.
Cindy has worked in physical therapy since 2001 and is a cancer exercise specialist. She has been at Mary Lanning Healthcare since 2006. Cindy and her husband enjoy raising their 4 children south of Hastings.
Myron Schaefer PT, MPT
Physical Therapist – Rehab ManagerMyron grew up in Garland, NE, a small town near Seward. He attended Nebraska Wesleyan University receiving B.S. in Biology with a minor in Psychology in 1992. He then received a Master’s of Physical Therapy from University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, NE in 1995. Myron has worked full-time at Mary Lanning Healthcare since 1998 working primarily on acute care and now as Manager since August 2012, covering all areas.
Morgan Soucie PT, DPT
Physical TherapistMorgan Soucie grew up in Hastings, NE. She graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She then moved to Arizona and attended A.T. Still University to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and graduated in 2016. Morgan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. She began her employment at Mary Lanning Healthcare in 2016 and works primarily with pediatrics at the outpatient clinic.

Loyal Teano RPT
Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation UnitLoyal grew up in Cebu City, Philippines. She attended Southwestern University in Philippines and received Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in May of 1992. Loyal began employment with Mary Lanning Healthcare in October, 1995. She works full time on the Inpatient Rehab and Transitional Care Units. She is a Certified Interactive Metronome Therapist.
