2012 – Platinum Award from the National Safety Council, Greater Omaha Chapter
Mary Lanning Healthcare was recognized for the 13th straight year for maintaining above-standard performance for successfully implementing strategies to prevent work-related injuries.
2011 – Patriotic Employer Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) organization
Mary Lanning Healthcare received this award for the support provided to employee, Sgt. Major Bradly Anderson of the 110th Multifunction Medical Batallion of Lincoln, Nebraska.
Sgt. Bradley, a Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Services Unit of Mary Lanning Healthcare, nominated Mary Lanning Healthcare in appreciation of the support he and his family received during the two times he was called to active duty in Iraq during his employment with the Hospital.
2006 – Edgerton Award for Quality, presented by the Nebraska Department of Economic Development
Mary Lanning Healthcare was honored for its long history of providing quality healthcare to patients in a 33-county area in central and south central Nebraska and northern Kansas.
2006 – Nebraska Quest for Excellence Award
The Quest for Excellence award is jointly sponsored by the Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA), CIMRO of Nebraska (the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization for the state of Nebraska), the Nebraska Association of Healthcare Quality (NEAHQ), and the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services System (DHHS) Office of Public Health. The award is designed to recognize Nebraska hospitals for their outstanding quality improvement activities.
2005 – American Hospital Association Quest for Quality Award
This award was presented to Mary Lanning Healthcare for providing highly reliable, exceptional quality and patient-centered care; its successful efforts to develop and promote a systems-based approach toward improvements in quality of care; and its ability to systematically integrate and align its quality improvement efforts throughout the hospital.
